Open Your Exquisite Heart

Let me begin the New Year by introducing myself to those of you who are new to me and giving people who know me a fresh look at who I am and what I am here to offer all of you!

I’m here to mentor and guide you to healing your life so that you may see your exquisite self!

Whether I’m healing, writing, acting or singing, my ultimate goal is always the same: to get you to feel safe enough to open your exquisite heart to yourself and to get you to stop being so afraid of yourself.

My passion to hold up a mirror so you can really see yourself all began when I was a little girl and witnessed the people I loved dearly,  Mom and Dad, not love themselves. It crushed my heart. I could see their amazing selves and all their potential. They never could. They buried their light in rage, obesity, alcohol, and prescription drugs.

Even through all the storm clouds, I could always see their light.

Come meet me. Let’s laugh together. Laughter is such a healing balm for your soul. You’ll most likely also shed some tears. It’s always better out than in, believe me, you’ll feel so much better.

I love to sing and jump into mud puddles. I love listening to the rain and ocean waves. I love giggling with children and watching their eyes light up with wonder. I love my husband Jim who helps me feel grounded to the earth so I can explore the stars.

It all began when I was a little girl and saw my Mom and Dad not love themselves. My heart hurt so badly. I could see their amazing selves and all their potential; they couldn’t. They buried their light in obesity, alcohol, prescription drugs and rage.

In order to survive the war zone that was my family’s life, I had to hide—hide my feelings, hide my true self. I hid all the secrets, the hatred, the misogyny, and the abuse. At 26 I woke up one beautiful fall morning unable to breathe. My body collapsed. It could no longer contain all the pain.

At first, no one understood what was happening to me, not even the doctors. After two years of being treated with all the best Western medicine, I still had difficulty breathing. Finally, I turned to God and prayed for a solution. I was introduced to the most amazing healers and guides. Over the next three years, I healed from the deep wounds and abuse. I was then called to become a healer.

I want to meet you. I want to look you in the eyes. I want to help you see yourself through your storm clouds like I can see you.
